Apricots, Apricots, Everywhere! Hi

Our recent month-long pet sit in Murrieta, California was more than an adorable dog, mischievous cats, and magnificent horses. We also experienced what it is like to be surrounded by delicious Apricots. One little tree produced hundreds of yellow and orange morsels.

It will come as no surprise that Bev really got into apricot mode. Apricot jam, syrup, and chutney were spewing out of the kitchen at Mach speed. We ate our body weight in these luscious little orange nuggets right from the tree.

One for the pot and one for Bev!

Our house is rented for the next eight months, so Bev’s massive production was eaten, given away to family, or left as a gift for the homeowners. It was a yummy month to say the least.

See you on the road,
